The town emblem and the flag were adopted on Nov 5th 2004 by Notice No 1 and 2. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized hiragana じ Ji of Jinsekikogen in a  form of a moom, a sun and a star. It depicts the town people who faces to a star to seize a dream , a brightness and the future. It represents a social action of the town people and their possitive stance. The flag proportion is 2:3.
