The town emblem and the flag were adopted on Dec 20th 1980 by Notice No 28. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized S of Saka in a form of a pigeon. The pigeon symbolizes a surge and the wide line does a rainbow in the sky representing a peaceful town. The flag proportion is 7:10. The height of the emblem is 3/5 of the height of the flag.
