The city emblem and the flag were adopted on Apr 4th 2009 by Notice No 34. The green flag has a white city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized M of Mine. It represents an image of the comfortable and vigorous city which has a superb karst tableland and green ground. The green color stands for a development, a harmony and a health, the white for a brightness and an interchange.
The flag proportion is 2: 3. The height of the emblem is 64/100 the height of the flag.
