The town emblem was adopted on Mar 1st 2006 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green, a blue and an orange three color town emblem in the center. The green color stands for a big camphor tree, the blue color for Yoshino River, the orange color for a Atago persimmon. It represents a hope for creating human contacts using merits of the former two towns.
