The town emblem was adopted on Mar 1st 2005 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue, a green and a red three color town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized N of Naka. The blue curved line symbolizes the stream of Naka River, the green curved line does the mountain of Niu Valley and the red oblong does a vigorous surge and a development looking to the future.
