The town emblem and the flag were adopted on Jan 1st 2005 by Notice No 2. The green flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized hiragana とべ Tobe. The circle symbolizes a conformity and the radiological lines do a development to the future.
The flag proportion is 2: 3. The height of the emblem is 3/5 of the height of the flag.

Hirota Village / 広田村

The flag of former village of Hirota was red with mark. The village is now, from 2005, part of the town of Tobe.
