The flag emblem depicts a maple and a plum which represent an image of the city which is strongly developing. The seven maple leaves stand for an earth, water, fires, winds, sky, views and sights, the plum flower for a cleanliness, a goodness, an endurance and the trunk for a firmness and a surge.
