The city emblem was adopted on Mar 1st 2004 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a red, a green and a blue three color city emblem in the center. The red color stands for a vigor and the shining sun to the future, the green color for a rich life blessed with nature and the blue color for waves in a form of the people and lots of human contacts and the interchange.
