The city emblem was adopted on Mar 1st 2005 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue and a green two color city emblem in the center. The six rings symbolize the former one city and five towns. It represents the citizen vividly affecting each other, a harmony in nature with the history and the city’s surge to the unlimited future.
