The city emblem was adopted on Jan 1st 2006 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green, a blue and a red three color city emblem in the center. The green and the blue color stand for an abundant nature, the red color for the sun and the heart shape for the colorful human contacts and heart-warming city building. It represents an image of the city which makes a leap forward to the future industrial creation.
