The city emblem was adopted on May 8th 1930 but there is no flag law. The
blue flag has a white city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized
kanji 中 Naka of Nakatsu in a form of a fan. Nakatsu castle was called Fan
Castle.

The flag of the city of Nakatsu, I already reported, but they used also the
white version of flag. Also, I darkened the blue flag.

now, from 2005, part of the city of Nakatsu.
