The city emblem was adopted on Mar 3rd 2005 by Notice No 2 but there is no
flag law. The white flag has a green, a red, a blue three color city emblem in
the center. The city emblem is a stylized S of Saiki. It represents an image of
the citizen who works together in green mountains, fresh streams and Bungo
Channel as good fishing places to value the cultural history and make a leap
forward to the future.

The flag of the former town of Yayoi was red with mark. The town is now, from
2005, part of the city of Saiki.

For other ex-towns I haven't any information about their emblems.
