The flag of Isa city is white with symbol. The city is founded on 2008. from
merger of city of Okuchi and town of Hishikari.

The city emblem was adopted on Nov 1st 2008 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law.
The white flag has a yellow, a green and a blue three color city emblem in the center.
The city emblem is a stylized hiragana い I of Isa.
The left part symbolizes a rice stalk and the right part does a fresh stream which grows rices.
It represents an image of a rich nature and a land of abundance.

The flag of former town of Hishikari was marron with mark. The town is now,
from 2008, part of city of Isa.
