The town emblem was adopted on Feb 24th 2006 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue, a green and an orange three color town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized K of Kimotsuki. The blue color stands for the sky and the sea, the green color for the ground and the orange color for the sun. It represents an image of the town blessed with nature and the town people who makes a leap forward in an abandunt nature.
