The village emblem was adopted on Apr 1st 1983 by Notice No 16 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized katakana イエ Ie. The circle stands for the villager’s concord, the hoe plowing fields for an image of working villagers and the wings for the village’s unlimited exponential development.
