The village emblem was adopted on Jul 15th 1972 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a red village emblem in the center and the kanji name in white horizontally at the bottom. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana とか Toka of Tokashiki. The circle symbolizes the village people’s reconciliation and solidarity, the center bar does the village’s development and the wings do the exponential development.
