The Flag

A desk flag for JICA can be seen on page 53 of the CEI-RD brochure that Esteban posted to the list. The flag features the JICA logo in white on a blue field. The logo itself is the acronym "jicA" in lowercase letters (except for a capital "A"), with the dot of the "i" intersecting with a larger white circle (almost like a Venn diagram) and the overlapping portions of the circles the same color as the field.

The normal flag is white with logo.

I also found a white desk flag in use. Please see this image at http://www.talkvietnam.com/2013/09/vietnamese-japanese-relations-over-40-years-and-future-direction/ This picture was taken in September 2013.
The blue flag in the brochure could be a previous flag.(but date is uknown).
