A desk flag for JICA can be seen on page 53 of the
CEI-RD brochure that
Esteban posted to the list.
The flag features the JICA logo in white on a blue field. The logo
itself is the acronym "jicA" in lowercase letters (except for a capital
"A"), with the dot of the "i" intersecting with a larger white circle
(almost like a Venn diagram) and the overlapping portions of the circles
the same color as the field.

The blue flag in the brochure could be a previous flag.(but date is uknown).
