The peace movement

To wrap up the number 179 of the VIda Soviética magazine, here's a rather unimportant tidbit. One of the major articles in this number goes about the Semipalatinsk nuclear polygon, whose existence was being fought by the locals. This article is illustrated by several photos, including the one attached, showing 4 kazakhs with ribbons saying "no" (HET, in russian) and holding a banner, in cloth but seeming hand-made (or at least printed from a hand-made matrix), showing the outline of a dove, the suggestion of a globe and a few words. Above, the word goes "vsem" (BCEM - all), in the middle it is not understandable, and below, in arc, it says "za mir" (3A MNP - for peace).
But this is only a banner, not a flag. I have no idea if actual flags were made with this symbol. It is possible, though - it was, quite clearly, an organized movement, and could have had a variety of propaganda material.

I think the inscriptions is "WITH ALL SOCIETY FOR PEACE" (Vsem mirom za mir).
