Overview

Zelva (Ukmerge District) - field divided per sinister green and golden, forward front of a silver racehorse, backward back of a black carthorse. Flag proportions 5:6, free edges bordered with gold and green rope, finial is a golden tip with a knob. The charge refers to  traditional horse-breeding, which began as breeding of carthorses and now continues as breeding of racehorses and the running of horse races.
