Flag proportions 10:11, free edges bordered with a narrow silver stripe, fringe is silver, finial is a golden tip with openwork an lily flower and silver bands, staff is white. The arms granted in 1792 are probably related to the name of Antanas Perkovskis, who obtained the town rights for Maisiagala from King Stanislaus August, also this is the name of the then vogt (bailiff) Antanas Gruzevskis and of the mayor Antanas Stravinskis.
