The Namibian navy uses the Namibian national flag as its ensign.

The Namibian Naval jack is white with the National Flag in the canton; any possible badge in the fly is yet to be confirmed (taken from this source). Despite its appearance this is not an ensign; the Namibian Navy flies the National Flag as its naval ensign.
