or; II or a mountain issueing from base vert sommé with a holly-branch

I have left St. Clemens out - he's beyond my skills
Hulsberg can be read as "hulst" = holly + "berg" = mountain,
both present on the arms, and (in a way) on the flag.
The lion is the lion of Valkenburg, because Hulsberg used to be in
the jurisdiction of the court of aldermen of Valkenburg.
Hulsberg has some regional fame because "the TV-transmittor of Hulsberg
is out of the air." best translated in Mexican: "momentito".
