Dinkelland municipality
Dinkelland (Overijssel province) is a merger of the former municipalities
of Denekamp, Ootmarsum and Weerselo; on 1 Jan 2001 it was named Denekamp;
on 1 Jun 2002 it was renamed Dinkelland.
It consists of the villages Breklenkamn, Denekamp (seat), Deurningen,
Groot Agelo, Klein Agelo, Het Stift, Lattrop, Rossum, Noord Deurningen,
Nutter, Oud Ootmarsum, Ootmarsum, Tilligte, Saasveld, Weerselo.
Population on 1 January 2008: 26114; area: 8730 ha.
Recently it adopted a flag consisting of the municipal logo.
