This is: Coöperatieve Zandschippersbond. This cooperative
of bargemen specialized in transporting sand, gravel, and other construction
materials has a site – and a flag – of
its own. Materials for recycling such as glass, wood, or scrap metal are
now being shipped as well. In all, some forty barges of different kinds,
ranging between 280 and 1600 metric tonnes, are active. The company
seat is at Rotterdam.
The flag – which can be seen here and there on the vessels in the photo
section (‘Onze Vloot’ meaning ‘our fleet’) – is green with a broad
white ascending diagonal bearing black initials ‘C.Z.B.'.

I spotted this on a ship in the Kostverlorenvaart in Amsterdam: a (small)
burgee: three equally wide horizontal stripes green - white - green; on
white black "C.Z.B."
