The district if Capira adopted its flag on September 12th, 2013 for its
158th anniversary.
The flag was created by profesor Capireño Carlos Manuel Hidalgo Aparicio.
It is prescribed by Acuerdo n°13-2013.

The flag is diagonally divided light yellow (upper hoist) on green (lower
fly), with en emblem showing a sun and the Cerro Trinidad, and 13 stars for
the 13 corregimientos of the district.
