Here comes the rural commune of Warta Boleslawiecka, Boleslawiec County, Dolnoslaskie Voivodship.
Old German name: Alt Warthau.
The Commune Council resolution (uchwała) XXVII/119/96 of 28 June 1996 describes the Coat of Arms as: on a golden field of the old French style armorial shield is a standing image of Prince Bolek II Maly (the Small), also called "Paryus", at whose feet lies on its back a golden lion and, overturned upside down, royal crown. It is a symbol of the resistance of the Silesian, a loyal ally of Poland, against the Luxemburgs (also Czechs and Germans) who didn't surrender his Principality, which now composes the territory of the Warta Boleslawiecka Commune, until his death.
The shield is held by two deer in the dark red color. On both sides of the shield there are scarves with the legend: " Gmina Warta Boleslawiecka" ("Commune of Warta Boleslawiecka").
Hanging above this shield is another, small, shield with the House Arms of the Swidnik-Jawor Piast Dynasty.
The flag of the Commune is composed of three horizontal stripes: upper - silver, middle - dark red and bottom - gold.
Upper and lower stripes are of equal height, and the middle one is three times of the height of the two.
