The flag of Kcynia was adopted in 2008.
The Law of the City-Commune describes the Arms and the flag as:
"The Coat of Arms of the Commune is a white eagle with beak, talons and crown
of the gold color. All on a red shield.
The flag is red with the Arms in the center."
