Lubień Kujawski commune flag

Lubień Kujawski, Włocławek County, Kujawsko-pomorskie Voivodship - name under Nazi occupation: Lubenstadt (1939-45).
The flag was adopted in 2005
"Arms: on the red field -gate of the fortress with three towers (all silver) topped with blue roofs.
In the open gate - golden griffin.

Flag: Two horizontal bands of varying width. On the upper, wider yellow band, the Coat of Arms is placed centrally.
Lower band is green and 1/3 of the width of the total rectangle. Ratio is: 5:9."

Now, Wikipedia is showing completely different color scheme of Lubien Kujawski's Coat of Arms,  as is one American commercial site (which, I suspect, got all of their Polish Coat of Armśs from wiki)
The Commune "Statut" in versions of 2005 and, updated, 2007 doesn't mention any change of Coat of Arms or flag.
So, it is a puzzle. I will try to contact the City Hall and find out what's going on in the mysterious Sarmatian town.
