Arms and flag adopted on February 28, 2003 (resolution # VI/17/2003).
Arms; "on a red field a silver (white) oak tree with a golden (yellow)
barrel on the trunk. Acorns are yellow, leaves are green."
Flag:" a rectangle composed of four equal horizontal stripes: white-green-yellow-red.
The ceremonial flag has the Arms placed on the white stripe near the
hoist".
