Today I received this e-mail with the symbols of Otwock County.
Flag and Coat of Arms adopted on 21 June 2002 by county law.

Description of Coat of Arms: Crest of the powiat:
The two-field crest of the powiat refers to the history of the region. The right red field with the white half-eagle is borrowed from the medieval crest of Mazovia. On the left gold field the green dragon symbolises that territory of the powiat used to be a part of the medieval Duchy of Czersk and Warsaw, whereas the cup is taken from the civic arms of Otwock.
