The commune of Mszana is in Wodzislawski county in Slaskie voivodship, Poland. It has population of 7000 on area of 31 km2. The flag and the coat of arms were adopted in 2000. The flag is horizontal blue-white-blue triband with equal stripes, with the coat of arms in the middle of the white stripe. Ratio looks like 1:2 to me. Source: site of commune.
