Czajków commune is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrzeszów County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. The flag is horizontally divided, green-white-green (1:3:1) with the coat of arms centered.

"Czajka" translated in English is "Gull".

More specifically, It is the "Northern lapwing" (aka peewit, pewit, tuit or tew-it), Vanellus vanellus, quite faithfully represented on the coat of arms.
