Shield Gules with base wavy of Argent and Azure, a belfry Or, in chief a fleur-de-lis Argent flanked by two doves volant affronty of the same. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "NOSSA SENHORA DE FÁTIMA - AVEIRO".
Meaning:
The base wavy is representing Vouga River, all other elements refer to Our Lady of Fátima, the local patron saint, to whom is also dedicated the local parish church, represented in the arms by its belfry.
