Shield Gules, a bend sinister Azure fimbriated Argent and charged with three fish najant Argent, in dexter chief a grill Or, in sinister base a he-goat forcene Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "RIO CABRÃO".
Meaning:
Bend sinister and goat are canting elements, because the name of the commune means "goat river". The grill is an attribute of St. Lawrence, the local patron saint.
Sources: Freguesias de Portugal displays the arms, but this webpage displays completely different arms on a white sheet. I followed the version of Carlos Alberto Mouteira Fernandes as given in 1st source (his webpage).
