Shield Or, in base a double mountain issuant Vert, a windmill wheel Sable rigged Purpure flanked by a branch of pear Vert fruited Gules at dexter and a branch of vine Vert fruited Purpure at sinister. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals: "VILAR-CADAVAL".

Presentation of Vilar

Vilar Commune is one of the seven communes of the Cadaval municipality (q.v.); it had 1684 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 16.9 km².
