Santa Eufémia Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Leiria Municipality; it had 2327 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 10.4 km².

Shield Vert, two wheat ears Or in saltire, in chief a fleur-de-lis Argent, in base a pig Or spotted Sable. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "BOA VISTA - LEIRIA".
Meaning:
The fleur-de-lis here is symbolizing Leiria municipal council. The pig is representing stock breeding, the wheat ears agriculture as most important business line. The green colour is representing the floral riches of the commune.
