Coat of arms

Shield Vert, in base a fess wavy divided into nine alternating barrulets wavy of Argent and Azure, crowned by a sailing ship Sable, flanked by two salt pyramids Argent, in chief a demi-cogwheel Sable flanked by two trees Or. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "FREGUESIA DA MOITA".
