The arms are Azure, in centre a mitre with ribbons Or padded Gules, in chief two bunches of grapes Or leaved Argent, in base three barrulets wavy Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "URRÔ - PENAFIEL".
