In this news
video shown yesterday on Noticias UNO (News ONE, an independent tv news
broadcaster in Colombia) they show the mourning rally for the slained Russian
oppossition leader Boris Nemtsov held in Moscow. One can also see another red
horizontal flag with Cyrillic inscription below what seems to be a slogan or an
abbreviation (also in Cyrillic) with a white star asseen at 1:11 onwards in the
video.
