Green flag with eight blue-white wavy “wolfteeth” on a vertical stripe at the hoist (remotely based on the popular RSFSR model); centered on the green area a large yellow sunflower with 18 petals (vert. symm.) and, on the core of it, black dots for seeds, arranged 4+(6×4)+4, flanked by four small black strokes at the cardinal points.
