Flag adopted on 25 May 1999. It is made of 3 horizontal stripes
of yellow-red-yellow 1:4:1 with, on the red stripe, the contour of the
figure taken from the coat of arms in
yellow. The reverse of the flag is a mirror image of the obverse. Ratio

middle (the crown on a cushion only) is the flag of the
city of Tver.
