administrativnyy okrug) of Moscow city. It was over 32
kb. The flag is adopted by the Mayor of Moscow city at
Apr 17th 2000.

I just uploaded
the flag of North-Eastern administrative district in
Moscow city (Severo-Vostochnyy administrativnyy
okrug). It was too big for the list. The flag was
adopted by the Mayor of the City of Moscow at May 8th
2001.
