I found an olive green version of the Guadalcanal Province flag. I think that changed around 2004 from ocher-brown color to olive-green color. Unfortunately I have no more information.

Based on http://www.mpgis.gov.sb/index.php/resources/category/1-pgsp-newsletters the flag is brown and the emblem on the flag is in black and white. That's confirmed by the flag used in the Games at http://www.sportingpulse.com/gallery.cgi?g=2452&e=3511&et=1&c=1-3511-0-0-0.
