The Party of the Youth - European Greens (Stranka mladih - zeleni Evrope, SMS - ZELENI) is a left-green political party, founded on 4 July 2000 as the Party of the Youth of Slovenia (Stranka mladih Slovenije, SMS). It changed its name to the current one in July of 2009, apparently not as result of a merger with any of the three Green parties in Slovenia.
In the 2008 parliamentary elections it ran in coalition with the Slovenian People's Party (SLS) and jointly won 5 of 88 seats, with 54,809 votes or 5.21% of the total. On the European level, it is a member of the European Green Party.

The renamed party adopted a new graphic identity, which does not seem to include a flag, or at least I can find no evidence of one in use. The party's Statutes describe only two logos, as follows:
Article 2.
The emblem of the party is a rectangle with a ratio of 1: 1.8 and consisting of a large inscription SMS on a white background. The letters "S" are green and the letter "M" red. From the lower part of the first "S" there radiate eleven different-sized yellow leaves. Under the letters "MS" there is at the bottom the green inscription of the name STRANKA MLADIH (Party of the Youth) and underneath that in bold ZELENI EVROPE (European Greens). Besides its emblem the party also has a sign - the drawing of a sunflower blossom.
There is, however, evidence (photo) of the use of a party's flag, white with the party's logo.

The SMS used a white flag, with a 1/4 height light-blue stripe at the top containing the white text "strankamladihslovenije," unspaced and w/o caps, but with "mladih" ("youth") bolded. The white space below contains the party's acronym, "SMS"; the "Ss" are light blue and typeset while the "M" is red and scrawled freehand. Below this and partially entangled in the "M" is the light blue URL of the party website, www.sms.si.
The charges were not rotated when the flag was used vertically (image).
