The flag and arms of Središče ob Dravi are prescribed by Decision Odlok o grbu in zastavi Občine Središče ob Dravi, adopted on 15 September 2008.
The flag is yellow with the municipal coat of arms in the middle. It is prescribed in proportions 1:2, apparently intended for vertical hoisting (as the proportions are determined as width to height).
The size of the coat of arms on the flag is not prescribed in any more details, neither are the colour shades.

Coat of arms of Središče ob Dravi - Image by Željko Heimer, 10 January 2009
The coat of arms of Središče ob Dravi is "Per fess azure a pale gules between six poplar trees issuant ensigned by two mullets or and argent on a bend azure two annulets argent, between three annulets azure, one and two".
This is the coat of arms of the merchant town of Središče, shown on a seal from 1579. According to the local legend, as explained on the municipal website, the annulets represent wheels. A local wheel maker once
fixed a broken wheel for the ruler of nearby Ormož; as a reward,
the burghers of Središče were granted the right to bear these arms.
