The flag of the Ministry of National Education (photo) is blue with the ministry's emblem in the middle.
The emblem of the ministry is a white disk charged with a white torch with black lining superimposing an open book of the same kind. The torch has a red flame. The lower half is adorned by red wreaths. The upper half has a black circumscription "T. C. Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı". The flag is flown at schools.
