All sources about this flag (Edward-Lee.com, Globalflag and vexilla-mundi) show a flag of same design but different colors than originally reported: red where we have black, green and yellow, and green for the background where we originally showed show blue.

At Globalflag *two* flags for T'ai-nan county are shown: the green-white-red design mentioned and another design showing the "fire-and-water" county logo (q.v.) on white above large green serif letters reading "台南縣" (using the traditional character for "tái").

According to the Tainan website, the official county website the flag with red and white emblem on green is the actual county flag, while the "fire-and-water" logo is also official but not used on the official flag.
