It has an aquamarine or maybe cyan field, and in the emblem the FISU outlined
U, though in blue, rather than black.

The Universiade flag replaces the Olympic rings with the letter U (from the
logo of the FISU) and has an electric blue background.

We have the national emblem smaller than Peace Eye
2000 has it. I notice the exact size and placement of the emblem varies
between flags (depictions) as well. I wonder whether this is valid for the
actual flags too. While I think the field in the Peace Eye
2000 is too green, compared to the photograph ours might be too bright.
