From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in September, 2nd, 2002 by the decision of village council session. Azure; or mill-wheel. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by gules urban crown with three prongs, and it is enframed by two or ears with azure ribbon and viburnum. The author is O.Zheliba.
Mill-wheel symbolizes beginning of village from cossack khutor and water-mill. It reminds ancient ukrainian cross from church cupolas and sun - guard of rusichys, heritage of Pereyaslav principality.
