Description of the flag

My home city, Little Rock has a flag with stripes of green, yellow and blue on a white field. There is a seal in the centre, with a rock, and a state map and star locating Little Rock. The words, "City of Little Rock" and "Arkansas" are around the seal. The flag flies above the city government buildings, like the courthouse, city hall, and even Robinson Auditorium, one of our main concert venues. There are also flags flying above some of our finer hotels. The flag is common.
